LDKS 3'26
Firstly, 10th graders are teenagers who are, mostly, have characteristics such as unruliness, procrastinating, sloppy, and chaotic. With LDKS, students are forced to be discipline and independent. Not having those two things will lead into failure and consequences. Both being discipline and being independent are important aspects to master. Even the smallest thing such as eating has a standard that needs to be fulfilled in order to be a better person. (Argument 1)
Secondly, there are many activities that involve team work and team building. Hence, students can learn how to, not only work together as a group, but also how to respect other's opinions and work. Students will also understand the importance of having a good team work. They will realize that humans are indeed social creatures and cannot live by themself. This will push away any self centered and egoistic point of view. (Argument 2)
Thirdly, LDKS will help students' strength, both physical and mental. They will have to be tough with a schedule that starts at 4 AM and ends at 10 PM. Being "shouted" at numerous of times when mistakes are evoked will make sure they won't repeat those mistakes again. Many of those activities, in fact, all of them, do drain lots of energy. That's why students who participated fully in LDKS normally will be a stronger person. (Argument 3)
In conclusion, LDKS is a hard program to take and to participate. Regardless, it does bring many benefits to the participants and the people around them. This program should be held for every 10th graders to improve them as a community. (Conclusion)
